Qadar ul Kalam (ISSN 3139-1028) International Monthly Journal follows a Double-Blind Peer Review System to ensure academic quality, originality, and impartiality in the evaluation of submitted manuscripts.
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening.
Suitable manuscripts are forwarded to independent subject experts for review.
The journal follows a Double-Blind Review Process in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process.
Reviewers assess the originality, relevance, methodology, language, references, and scholarly contribution of the manuscript.
Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewers’ comments and recommendations.
The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board consider reviewers’ reports before making the final publication decision.
The review process is conducted fairly, confidentially, and without discrimination.
Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism, fabricated data, or unethical content may be rejected at any stage of the review process.

ماہنامہ قادرالکلام بین الاقوامی جریدہ موصولہ مقالات کی علمی جانچ، تحقیقی معیار اور غیر جانب داری کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے Double-Blind Peer Review System اختیار کرتا ہے۔
1۔ موصولہ تمام مضامین کا ابتدائی جائزہ ادارتی بورڈ لیتا ہے۔
2۔ موزوں مقالات متعلقہ شعبے کے آزاد اور ماہر مبصرین کو ارسال کیے جاتے ہیں۔
3۔ جریدہ Double-Blind Review System پر عمل کرتا ہے، جس کے تحت مصنف اور مبصر دونوں کی شناخت جائزے کے عمل کے دوران مخفی رکھی جاتی ہے۔
4۔ مبصرین مضمون کی اصالت، علمی اہمیت، تحقیقی معیار، زبان، حوالہ جات اور علمی خدمات کا جائزہ لیتے ہیں۔
5۔ مبصرین کی سفارشات کی روشنی میں مصنف سے اصلاحات طلب کی جا سکتی ہیں۔
6۔ مبصرین کی آراء اور ادارتی جائزے کے بعد مدیرِ اعلیٰ اور ادارتی بورڈ اشاعت کا حتمی فیصلہ کرتے ہیں۔
7۔ جائزے کا پورا عمل رازداری، غیر جانب داری اور علمی دیانت داری کے اصولوں کے مطابق انجام پاتا ہے۔
8۔ سرقہ نویسی، جعلی معلومات یا غیر اخلاقی مواد پر مشتمل مضامین جائزے کے کسی بھی مرحلے میں مسترد کیے جا سکتے ہیں۔
